Beijing edges Guangdong to get three-game winning streak

BEIJING, Dec. 13 (Xinhua) -- Fang Shuo scored a game-high 25 points to help Beijing edge Guangdong 95-90 to get three-game winning streak in the 15th round action of the 2017-2018 Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league on Wednesday.

Beijing got a beautiful beginning and led 18 points in the first half. Guangdong fought back in the third quarter to narrow the gap to 4 points and reversed in the last quarter. Fang Shuo played a critical part in last minute to seal the victory for Beijing.

Beijing's Aaron Jackson got 23 points and Justin Hamilton got 22 points and 16 rebounds. Guangdong's Yi Jianlian got 25 points and Edwin Jackson got 15 points.

Shenzhen beat Zhejiang 103-94. Zhejiang, which enjoyed a four-game winning streak before the match, led the game in the first three quarters but was overtaken by Shenzhe in the last quarter.

Shenzhen's Keith Langford got a game-high 30 points and Jared Sullinger got 22 points. Jarnell Stokes of Zhejiang had 29 points and Wu Qian added 19 points.

Elsewhere, Liaoning beat Jilin 116-108, Guangzhou defeated Fujian 126-120 and Tongxi beat Shanghai 106-97. Enditem
