NEW YORK, Dec. 8 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale jolted 18km south of Hihifo, Tonga, the U.S. Geological Survey said on Friday.

The epicenter, with a depth of 33.0 km, was initially determined to be at 16.119 degrees south latitude and 173.723 degrees west longitude. Enditem
