TEHRAN, Dec. 2 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale jolted Iran's Kerman province on Saturday afternoon, Iran's Seismological Center reported.

The epicenter of the earthquake was in Hojadk town 58 km north-northeast of Kerman city, a city in the southeastern Iran.

The epicenter was at a depth of 10 km. Enditem
