NEW YORK, Dec. 1 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks dropped around mid-session on Friday after report showed former U.S. National Security Adviser Michael Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding his improper contacts with Russia.

The Dow lost 1.15 percent, and the S&P 500 dropped 0.68 percent, while the Nasdaq decreased 1.31 percent. Enditem
