Indonesian racer eyes for win in Asia road race

JAKARTA, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Astra Honda racer Gerry Salim was optimistic that he will win the Asia road racing championship in Thailand next month, team general manager A. Indraputra said on Thursday.

"We are optimistic that Honda CBR250RR will also accompany the young racer to be champion in the Asia championship," said Indraputra.

During the championship to be held from December 2 to 3, Salim will compete against 28 top Asian racers. Enditem
