Dollar changes hands in upper 111 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

TOKYO, Nov. 29 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the upper 111 yen zone early Wednesday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 111.61-62 yen compared with 111.42-52 yen in New York and 111.30-31 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro fetched 1.1849-1850 dollars and 132.26-27 yen against 1.1832-1842 dollars and 131.88-98 yen in New York and 1.1888-1890 dollars and 132.32-36 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon. Enditem
