With over 200 participants from across the globe, the 2012 International Great Wall Marathon was held on Tuesday, May 1, at the Jinshanling section of the Great Wall. Around 130 kilometers outside Beijing, the Jinshanling Great Wall is considered to be one of the best preserved sections of the wonder and boasts some of the most fantastic scenery.
