Presidium of China's Parliamentary Session Holds 4th Meeting

The presidium of the Fifth Session of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, held its fourth meeting on Wednesday morning.
According to the meeting, following documents will be put for voting at the plenary meeting of the session.
-- draft resolution on the government work report;
-- draft resolution on the report of the implementation of the 2011 plan for national economic and social development and of the draft 2012 plan for national economic and social development;
-- draft resolution on the report of the implementation of the central and local budgets for 2011 and of the draft central and local budgets for 2012;
-- draft resolutions on the work report of the NPC Standing Committee, the work report of the Supreme People's Court and the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate;
-- draft decisions on deputy election for the 12th NPC and draft methods for the election of deputies to the 12th NPC from Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions;
-- draft decision on the amendment to the Criminal Procedure Law.
The NPC will hold a closing meeting of its annual session Wednesday morning.
